[redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]I did have a plumber come to my apartment immediately after the owner, Larry L [redacted] came to check on my bathroom floor and discovered I had a leaking toiletThe leak issue was resolved immediatelyThe plumber further checked my entire bathroom and told me I did not have a water issue anywhere and it was safe to have another floor installedThe severe staining that I now have again with the 2nd floor is not because I put a wet bathmat on my floorAt no time did I lay a wet mat on the floorI've done nothing but baby the floor and act as carefully as I could to keep water off of itThe issue I have with this floor is ? that it is obviously not appropriate for use in a bathroom if water usage could cause such permanent and severe stainingI am so embarrassed by the look of the floor, that I can't have guests to my home? I had asked the owner if I could replace the first floor with a different floor of equal value but he refused? If there was still a water issue in my bathroom, why would Duro Carpet agree to install another replacement floor? And why would I let them? It cost me an additional $for the labor to have the second floor installedThis is substandard flooring not for usage in a bathroom ? ? ? tarkett floors are covered by a warranty which states that should a manufacturing defet be found,tarkettt will stand behind the product with a cash allowance or replacement within the terms of the warranty.in situations where warranted issue are present,tarkett will replace the flooring material
however, tarketts warranties issue are present,tarkrtt will replace the flooring materialhowever, tarketts warranties are limited to one replacement floor except for wear and manufacturing defectsin the of aquaguard warranty replacements, this will only be a one time replacementmoisture issues shall be addressed prior to installing a replacement floor as the same issue will not be covered for replacement again.we looked at the floor found a leak under the toiletshe said the building took care of the problemwe then installed another floor in seems cust had additional problems with her floor.extensive water problems coming from the floor she needs to contact her building to see were the dampness is coming frommats left wet on floor lack of proper care by custermer? thank you
