When the customer returned to my shop with his mower approximately (five) weeks after the return of the mower, he stated that it had never ran correctlyI asked why he didn't return it immediatelyI told him that I stood behind my labor and had a (thirty) day warranty, policy
signage is & has been posted in multiple locations in the shopI told him that I would be glad to take a look at itCustomer became agitated, stating that he wasn't going to pay anymore and that he would take the mower somewhere to get it repairedI agreed to look at the mower again to calm him down. I found a hairline crack in the carburetor (it's plastic)The mower ran very well when he originally picked it up - I always check the equipment twice to ensure proper and safe operation, and again if requested with the customer at pick up. Since there was a valid question about the invoice (policy was not stated on the invoice), I will refund the customers moneyThe invoices have been updated to reflect the policies posted. Since this is my first complaint, I feel my work and customer service speaks for itself

Review: Took my lawn mower in for repair. After picking it up it still ran awful. I took it back for him to try again but he said his warranty expires after 30 days. No where on his invoice does it say anything about 30 days. After a heated discussion he said he would look at it again. I took it back in mid may and haven't heard a word. I don't expect I ever will. I had to buy a new mower. Not sure how he has an a+ ratingDesired Settlement: Would like a refund of $62.58 for the non repair on ticket number354097 He can keep the mower since I have bought a new one.
