Review: 87 year old mother wrote a check for $250.00 to F[redacted]'s to hold a quote for tree removal. F[redacted] failed to do the job at the scheduled time and date, job was never done, F[redacted] agreed to destroy check, mother put a stop on check, F[redacted] waited six months and cashed $250.00 check. F[redacted] refuses to return $250.00 to my mother.Desired Settlement: Return $250.00 to my mother [redacted]
Review: My neighbor hired Foreman's Tree Service, also known as George Foreman Lawn Service last year (2012) to cut down a tree. They came back a year later (this past weekend) to ask her to have the stump removed. Today, September 25th, 2013, they proceeded to remove the stump with a large piece of machinery. During this process they drove right down the middle of MY yard with no care in the world as to how they were tearing it up. They left ruts and damage in my yard. As I was walking out to ask them what they could do to rectify the situation, they were already pulling away. I tried to wave them down, but he just waved back at me and kept driving. Last year they also ruined our yard when taking the tree down and we never said anything. We had to fill in the ruts and plant new grass which took months to get it back to normal. Now that it has happened a second time, it's completely unacceptable and a total lack of respect for people's property. We didn't even hire this guy and we suffered damage! Upon trying to call the business no one has answered so far. We will continue to try and get in touch with them so that something can be done about our yard.Desired Settlement: Would like damage to yard to be fixed or compensated so we can fix it.Would also like everyone else to know that this is not a professional business.

I sent a complaint earlier this year about George Foreman Lawn Service.
The father of the guys that ruined our yard came out personally to rectify the problem today.
I would like to remove the complaint if at all possible. I don't see it online, so I am not sure if it was processed fully. However he said he received paper work today and that they are losing jobs because of it. So perhaps it did go through under a different name?
