date code provided indicates the unit is out of warranty and there was not proof of purchase or gift receipt provided. As a one time courtesy, The customer was called back after the complaint was reviewed with a supervisor. The agent did call Mr.[redacted] back at 11:59 on 1/20/15 and advised him that we were replacing his grill plate on order number 01-144373. This transaction is completed and closed and the plate is being replaced no charge to the consumer. If you need any additional information, please do  not hesitate to contact our offices.
