I really liked Southern GardensI had a new house and needed to replace the shrubs along the streetSouthern Gardens did a very nice job of installing the shrubs although they were smaller than promised Needless to say, two months later they were all dead I would have thought the company would replace them since all the landscaping companies I had spoke with had a one year warranty Evidently, Southern Gardens does not warranty any plants unless they do a maintenance contractNeither item was mentioned on my contract or invoice or verbally I just want to put this in writing because I have asked the company at least if they would reimburse me for the cost of the shrubs but had no luck Other work performed in the yard is very good Very nice owner and nice contractors but not a great policyIt should be clearly stated that there is no warranty for materials used
