RE: Complaint ID [redacted]Dear Ms. Edwards:This letter is in response to your correspondence forwarded to my client dated March 31, 2016 regarding the above referenced complaint. Please accept this letter as a response to the complaint on behalf of my client, George Henry Enterprises/George Henry, Jr.The complaint alleges that during the removal of several trees from the property of the complainant, a garage on the subject property was collapsed. It is further alleged that the cause of the collapse of the garage was heavy equipment operated by agents or employees of my client. This letter will confirm that my client denies responsibility for any damage to or destruction of the garage structure referenced in the complaint. It is my understanding that the subject garage referenced in the complaint was in a state of total disrepair and was severely deteriorated and dilapidated prior to my client and his company performing any tree removal work at the property of the complainant. Accordingly, my client respectfully disagrees with the allegations contained in the complaint, as they are not consistent with the facts and circumstances regarding this matter.Thank you very much for your time and attention to this matter. Please contact me if you require anything further regarding the response to the above complaint.Sincerely yours,[redacted] Esquire

Review: Scott H[redacted] had a wire detached from my house in order to trim branches.I only discovered it after I had paid in full $900. He admitted he "forgot" to reattach & promised to rectify it. It has been 3 weeks,& I fear the wire will disconnect in the wind.Desired Settlement: Reattach wire promptly & correctly. A partial refund for my own worry & for their false contractual agreement.
