I am responding to a complaint I received in the mail; Revdex.com Complaint ID: *** (***), regarding our tenant *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***.At the beginning of the summer Ms*** called telling us her AC was not working. At that time, we
called our professional on-call heating and cooling specialist which fixed the problem. I have not heard anything else from the tenant about the Air conditioning or any other complaint until this notice from the Revdex.com.Upon receiving this complaint on October 4, 2017, I called the tenant *** *** and she said, "I was having a bad day and I will take care of this complaint with the Revdex.com". I wanted to confirm everything was in good standings, so I had my secretary *** *** call Ms*** again the morning of October 5th, 2017. During this phone conversation. Ms*** requested us not to call her again that she will handle the situation and everything is fine. Furthermore, on Ocotober 5th, Ms***'s significant other, ***, stopped by the shop (*** *** ***) to apologize on the behalf of Ms*** and her lack of communication with us. *** also requested bug spray which we gladly provided. In conclusion, this complaint has been addressed and taken care of. If you have any further questions, please call my secretary *** *** or myself at *** ***
