I am rejecting this response because:While it would be convenient for the narrative to read that the last draft against my card would be at the future date of 8/15/2017, that is not what I heardI doubt this was a misunderstanding as an earlier segment of the conversation included me calmly explaining that no future transactions were authorized.As it was made clear to me that an email requesting cancellation was an insufficient communications channel for communicating, I suspect a legal review might question price change notifications only communicated via an email channel.Caveat emptor

Self Defense on 7/24/agreeing to make a minimum of payments beginning on 8/15/Mr*** was using the club in August per his club visit logOn August 11th, , Mr*** was given cancel directions by phone and was told that if he postmarked his cancel letter by August 15th, 2017, then 8/15/would be his last draft date ( Mr*** paid his dues on the 15th of each month)Per his contract with Self Defense, the club requires a day notice for cancelsMr*** first cancel letter was post marked on 8/14/2017, making 8/15/the last draft dateMr*** initialed on the contract front by the cancel directions that states "Cancellation takes effect days from the postmark date on the certified letter after the next draft date" and was verbally told the cancel directions on 8/11/that the club required a day notice.In response to his fee increase, Mr*** was emailed on 1/5/that his dues were going to increase from $to $beginning on 2/15/Self Defense also posted signs at both locations in January that the dues were going to increase by $His contract back under Monthly Dues states that all prices are guaranteed for only the length of time stated in this agreementMr*** signed the contract front agreeing to all terms stated on die contract.In response to his complaint regarding a toll phone number, his key tag has our toll free number printed on it for all billing concernsThe contract also states our address and toll free number as well.Thanks,*** *** American Payment ServicesAccoundng Support***-***-***
