Review: Contract dated 9/25/13 to refinish bedroom suite.- 3 samples for approval in 1 week. 1 sample provided 3 weeks later.- Set to be completed and returned in 2 weeks. Part of the set returned 2 months later completely different from approved sample.- Promised in writing to refinish and repair damages; than refused to complete without additional money. - Still holding parts of the set including 3 view mirror, shelf and hardware.- He will not respond to my telephone calls, messages and letter.Desired Settlement: I want the return of the remaining pieces of my bedroom set and a refund in order to be able to have the set properly refinished.
