We hired *** *** to complete a concrete job For *** *** at *** *** Drive in Lebanon , Missouri The job was completed the week of June 29th and at that point the concrete was cracking and looked so bad the client had him tear it all out and start again Mr *** stated that he sat under the tree and allowed his hourly worker to do the job because of the heat The 2nd time Mr *** went to the job site to fix the mess he left the client very upset He poured concrete into the vinyl siding and broke the siding, left an uneven grade thin on one side thick to the other, left rebar steel laying on the ground and sticking out of the form, did not give the right color that the customer chose and stamp pattern, left footprints in the concrete, cut through the downspout when they did the control joists when they did the control joists the
On Approx X-I made arrangements with *** *** to add an foot x foot extension on the side of my patioThe front edge was to extend level from the front edge of my patio (existing) & the slope would run uphill to match existing patioAs I was leaving for weekend I paid them before job was completed & men were still working I assumed not much could go wrong on that small a job(see attached)
When I got back home on the following Tuesday & ran my Big Green egg & cart out on the extension it wanted to keep goingI then discovered I had over 3" of slope in that I called *** & he said I approved his work & started making excusesHe finally told me he "sorry" I later texted him & asked him to stop by when he came back to redo part of neighbors jobHe texted me "yep will do" on 7-18-He came to my neighbors, but did not stop byAs it is this extension is more like a handicap ramp than a patio extension and is not ususable as I envisioned
