George P. Montgomery Attorney

If your thinking of hiring George do your self a favor and just take your money and wad it up and throw it in the trash cause that is about all your getting for your money with this character. He we never show up to court on time, he will make false promises, he will do absolutely nothing for your case but ruin it. He is not trustworthy, responsive ( unless you consider calling every day for months to get a reply responsive), he acts like he knows what he is talking about and will rate himself a 10 out of 10 but the negative scale does not go far enough to actually rate him, and he will not keep you informed one bit in fact he wont even commit to memory key facts you may need to know. He is very well unlikable and this will only hurt your case. He is a arrogant jack [redacted] at that. All your money will go to with him is supporting his drinking habit and car collection. Please learn from my mistakes and run from this guy, he will get you jail time and act like he did you a favor. I am just glad I fired him before it was to late and hired a real attorney. When I confronted his office for all the malpractice he committed they only wanted to respond with scare tactics when I asked for my money back. You are much better off in defending yourself then hiring him cause he will do the absolute bare min. He doesnt even know the law and when you point out things he could be doing it will just stone wall you. He will even file a motion to wave you right to a speedy trial with out even asking so he can just sit on his butt even longer and blow hot air up yours as to why it is going on and on. He will also screw you on securing evidence that could possibly get your case dismissed. He will even scream and yell at you when you start to ask for results and answers knowing your getting to the end of the rope with him. All he really wants is for you to go to jail and try to milk you of more money to fight your case more. I even had a chief of police in brown county say "I would not hire him. He relies on his political ties to get anything done and no one can stand him out here because he is a arrogant jack [redacted]. We will take every case he represents to jury if we can." Just wish I had knew all this before throwing 4 grand in the trash with him.
