your feelings.  We very much appreciate your business and promptly looked into your concerns.  It appears that the return was handled by an experienced cashier who also processes wholesale transactions, and that she immediately pulled all the expired product off the shelf upon learning of the expiration and refunded the amount purchased by you and your business partner. We also learned that you may have requested to speak to the owner, who was not present at the time.  Please know that we have several general managers along with a store manager and at least one or more are present at any given time, and they would be happy to speak with you and assist in any way they can.  And please let me know if there's anything more I can do to make this right for you.
