I am rejecting this response because:The owner of this business is clearly cruelWe have not been able to use these trucks, they are parked in our yard as evidenced by odometerOur payment of $is due to the loan company on the 1st and I do not know what I am going to do as we spent so much bringing trucks back and cannot use to make a profitAs I told this owner before, the loan company is willing to cancel the loan and return the title, they have made no attempt to help in thisI am a mother of children this transaction has caused me a hardship to where it will shut down my businessAll evidence such as recordings will be used legal damages if the company does not work fast to make this rightThe problem is the boxes are too smallWe have located some replacement boxes but it would be too expensive to hire someone to replace the boxes Regards, [redacted]
