I lived in these apartments for two years and had no problems in the beginning until they changed managementAs soon as they changed management the prices of the apartments went up rapidly without bettering conditions for tenantsThe staff, headed by Stacey quickly became rude and disinterested in any tenant problemsThen when we moved out we started receiving calls from debt collectors saying we owed Granite Bay moneyI contacted the office and the informed me they charged me $for carpet replacement even though they have been replacing all of the carpet in the apartments and putting in laminate flooringI WOULD NOT recommend living in these apartments to anyone

The staff, headed by Stacey quickly became rude and disinterested in any tenant problems. Then when we moved out we started receiving calls from debt collectors saying we owed Granite Bay money. I contacted the office and the informed me they charged me $560 for carpet replacement even though they have been replacing all of the carpet in the apartments and putting in laminate flooring. I WOULD NOT recommend living in these apartments to anyone.

I am a current tenant at Granite Bay, they have an unprofessional staff. I advised them that their was bed bugs in my apartment. They failed to communicate with me when the pest control company would come out to the property. I called them to ask if they knew when pest control was scheduled to come out, they had no date for me so I advised them I went out of my way to call the company and figure out the details own my own, because of course since the issue did not affect them why would they call to confirm or advise me of the time. They are also making us pay for the cost, when essentially they are not treating any other of the tenants around me, they have no communication skills. I don't recommend this property to ANYONE.
