I hired George's Hvac to install a ton ac unitWe agreed on install paymentsI was paying by credit card over the phoneI made the first two payments without any problemsThen before the job was completed Trish the assistant charged my *** card without my permissionThey stole $without my permissionI've called George and I emailed TrishGeorge said he would take care of itI haven't got a refund yet I would never used this company againPlease never give this company your credit card number

He sent workers to replace coil, it ran good for weeks then it went out, Called many times he finally came back out and said we needed a compressorhe relaced that and now it does not work againMy wife has COPD and other ailments , she cannot breathe in this heatHe will not answer or return my phone calls I payed him for a service and he has not done what he is supposed to doI now have to pay someone else to fix his mess up This is not right! He never gave me my warranties or anything

Very unhappy with the service that George's provided after two months of waiting for installation of an HVAC unit that should've taken a week at the most my system is still not working properly and George showed no urgency and making the repairs I was forced to hire another company to come in and do an inspection of the system to see the quality of the installation this is what the license HVAC contractor found
New contractors findings : System is a new unit it has a 10K heat kit.company only hooked up one side of the heat kit so it's running off of 5K instead of 10K.high-voltage wire needs to be replaced with a heavier wire with the wire currently ran to heater it is a fire hazard to connect heater correctly.ductwork needs to be redesigned so air can flow properly ductwork is not properly laid out causing reduced airflow Reversing valve on out door is not hooked up therefore system will only run in heat after checking low-voltage wires on outdoor and indoor they are getting
