First of all I used to come in this store and spend money all the time, as of today I will never spend a dime at Paradise in a CupI placed an order on the phone for what I specifically wanted as I usually do with no problemsWhen I arrived at the store to pick up my order the employee that initially took my order was bad mouthing me and didn't realize it was me, my feelings were very hurt and its so unprofessional to make the customer feel badThey did not correct my order and actually became angry because I did ask them to correct the problemThe lady was very rude with an attitude, made me feel completely uncomfortable to the point where I felt like I needed to write this review I tried to call and speak with a supervisor, they gave me the run around and never did I speak with a supervisor or anyone in upper manangementTo make things worse they were running a daycare with multiple small children in the back kitchen areaThe employees were rude and one even made me cryI will never recommend a customer to purchase eat or drink anything from the store after the way I was treated today
DO NOT GO HEREThere are many other stores that offer herbalife shakesThe people here are rude and do not care about making customers happyAlso they have small childrens and young babies lying around and running around in their back dirty ktichen with a few toys scattered around the kitchenThe employees do not smile when helping you and are usually hanging around talking to other peopleOne lady was making my shake and said if someone asks one more thing shes going to blow a gasketShe shoved my shake to the other girl and that was that
I have tried many times to come here and each time get let down by the rudeness and way they handle businessI haven't been in a long time and finally went to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was an absolutley rude horrible experienceIf you love the shakes I suggest finding another fun "club" to go to and spend your time and money with them rather than these rude people

I had a great experience at Paradise In A CupThe staff helped me figure out what I wanted and the shake was greatI don't live in Lubbock and I only get to visit them when I am in townTheir location is great and selection of shakes is amazing
