I was out and about looking for an e cig/vape pen and this was the closet place that popped up on my phone so I figured I'd give it a shot I went in talked to this older lady who was working about which vape pens are good and such and which are reliable and durable She recommended a 75$ pen which I purchased thinking I'm not low balling my self buying something cheap but nothing too crazy I left and a week later the pen fell apart on me, and I wasn't being hard on the device or anything Thinking "no big deal, it's a week old, I'm sure they'll swap it out", nope!! When I went back in I explained to the older lady that I had originally purchased it from what had happened and she was extremely rude to me, so I asked for her name which she refused to give me, I asked for the owners info to contact him about the situation in which she heartily refused and I asked for a business card I was once again rudely shot down I asked for the address of the smoke shopDENIED I even asked what the name of the shop is called (on my bank statement it clearly says georges smoke shoppe) in which she down right lied to me and said "it's just called smoke shop" This is absolutely ridiculous for a paying customer to get ripped off like this and the way this women treated me I will never be going back and they sell faulty items and are quick to Rip you off and spit in your face
