In the response to complaints made to George's Upholstery for repair issues on a Ford F-bottom driver seatIt is unfortunate that the customer making this complaint is unsatisfied; however this customer is not the person that was contracted for the work on the F-1SWe were contracted by [redacted] -a used car dealership, to repair the bottom driver seat [redacted] was informed and agreed upon with a price of $for vinyl compared to $300-$for leather for the repairWe contracted and completed the job with [redacted] and we had no complaints with the dealerWe are a busy shop and try our best with quality and good workmanshipWe strive to complete jobs in as timely a manner as possibleMrs [redacted] , stopped at our shop after we completed the job, and was extremely rude and condescending to the owner of George's UpholsteryIt is unfortunate she is unsatisfiedHowever, if she were to have made contact with us directly, in the beginning, much of this could and would have been avoided

My vehical has been towed and by law the tow company has to available 24/for me to make arrangements to get my car backI have been at the dmv all day and this was the only time I could call them to arrange getting it backThere answering service said that I would have to wait till monday to arrange itThis means that I will be charged two more days by them for storage of my vehicalI have the cash for the all the feesAnd wanted to arrange payment for thier servicesBut they are not availableAnd I dont think its fair that I should have to pay for two extra days of storage because it
