On 3/05/2020 Jesus, a worker with George's appliance repair, repaired my refrigerator. He replaced 3 parts. When bill arrived via text, it stated 1 part replaced @ $290. I texted the owner, George and asked for a breakdown of bill, ie: parts replaced and price with price of service. He sent a bill that read; $1 for each of the 3 parts, $1 for service and $284 for knowing how to repair refrigerator with 3 months warranty. That was unprofessional. I sent Information on prices found for parts, which totaled at the most $101. This would mean that his hourly charge is $190. He offered to replace his parts with my old parts and refund $250, however, some of the old parts were already put in garbage.

Good Afternoon my name is JORGE S THE OWNER OF GEORGE´S APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC, First of all I would like to apologize if I was rude on my response, I guess it was retraction to the not polite way to ask me for an explanation of why the amount of the job we did on her*** fridge defrost kit replacement, but anyway that was wrong.
the invoice was for 290$ the parts we replace where 1. evaporator fan motor her cost MSRP 78.54$ 2.thermo bi-metal protector MSRP 27.12$ 3. SENSOR TEMP;DKST1329GW,R-DEF SENSOR, PVC MSRP 15$ total of parts 120.68$ in order to replace our technician had to take apart every part of the fridge part and defrost all the cover of the evaporator and also defrost all the evaporator because it was very frozen for that we use a special steamer that dont burn the components of the fridge and then proceed to replace all the parts with care.
the cost of the lead on the application we use to get to the custumes is 25$
the technician most travel to her house 1 time go back to the warehouse to get the parts and come back again that is a cost
technician gets 60$ for doing that job
total cost 205.66
and the rest goes to George´s Appliance Repair LLC
84.34$
in order to come to a resolution of this claim if we need to refund any money the Revdex.com consider we over charge please contact us and tell us the way we can refond it and how.

This business owner has significantly over priced the parts needed on the refrigerator. He is not telling the truth that he had to go to the warehouse for parts. The parts were already on the work van. I have documented the price for each part and that's at retail. I feel that a $50 reimbursement is not at all unreasonable.
