Review: I hired George's appliance to change the stripping on my pull out freezer. The man who was sent here had a very hard time replacing the stripping and never took the freezer off the tracks. When the repairman left over the next few days my freezer started accumulating ice something it had never done and the freezer was having a hard time sliding in out and properly. I called Georges appliance and they sent the repairman back. I was told my tracks were bent and needed to be replaced. I told the serviceman I never had an issue with the tracks or ice build up until he came to replace the stripping on the door. He had nothing to say and left. I called Georges appliance and they said I should let the freezer defrost and if it iced up to call them back. The freezer did ice up and I can see that the tracks are bent. I called and they are only willing to return 187 service fee from the first visit. I explained that if the repairman had taken the freezer door off the tracks when he replaced the stripping that my tracks wouldnt have gotten bent. I NEVER had an issue with the tracks until he leaned on the door several times to get the new stripping on. I was then told the owner was away for two weeks and I would have to wait until he got back. The serviceman was negligent.Desired Settlement: I would like for Georges appliance to send a different serviceman here to fix the tracks that were broken by the original serviceman. I should not be charged for the repair.

Sorry for the delay in my response, I have been on vacation, I wish the customer could have waited until I returned, I do not recall ever getting a complaint from the Revdex.com and I am sure I could have resolved this issue before it got this far, anyway, I do not agree with the customers statement at all, but do not wish to argue my point.

I will offer two solutions, The first being I will refund what the customer has paid and drop off two new tracks so she can call another service company, the second I will order and replace the tracks at no charge.
