Review: Car dropped off for repairs (4/9/14). An estimated 3 weeks for repairs was given. At 3 weeks (4/30/14) a phone call was placed and the message on the answering machine indicated that the business was completely closed. Left a message for the business to contact me back twice. Received a phone call stating that my car would be ready for pick up by tomorrow (Friday 5/2/14) at the latest. Called to check on car today (5/1/14) and got answering machine twice again. Drove past the business (around 4pm) and the gate was locked and there was no one around to speak with. My car was not visible from the road. Message on answering machine stated that the business would be open today (5/1/14) for normal business hours (8am-5pm).Desired Settlement: Car repaired, finished to satisfactory standards.

if not able to be done, then: Car returned, insurance money returned, and rental until car repairs are finalized.

Review: I paid George's $197 to replace a mirror on my son's car about 3 weeks ago. They said they would call me and email me when the mirror was ready. I haven't heard from them since. I have tried calling them and going to the business personally - it is always locked up. I am afraid they may have gone out of business, but I'm not sure how to find out.Desired Settlement: Mirror installed on my son's car would be the best outcome. However, I would be okay with just getting the mirror and having someone else install it.
