A few years back, my wife and I decided that we were going to remove our old garage, fence, pool and deck and put up a custom 4 car garage. After speaking with a handful of contractors and receiving outrageous estimates, my wife and I almost gave up on this idea as we felt we were being taken advantage of due to our age.
After speaking with my wife, we decided to give one more contractor a shot. Luckily, we had the pleasure of working with Shannon from Georges Garages. During our first consultation, Shannon (Georges Garages) spent a lot of time walking us through the process, going through the quality of materials that Georges used, the things to be aware of when selecting a contractor and in my opinion was more concerned about making sure we were going to end up with a quality result than gaining our business.
Shannon understood the needs of our custom project | budget and did not try to take advantage of us. She instead demonstrated exceptional capabilities and understanding of our project, paid attention to every detail, and took the time to give us advice when my wife and I were at an impasse with certain custom elements. Needless to say, we were immediately impressed and comfortable working with Georges and decided to move forward.
From demo to completion, Georges was superb. More specifically, they managed every element of the project (permits, material delivery, scheduling) and contacted us on multiple occasions just to see “how things are going,” and to ensure our needs were met. Furthermore, everyone involved in the project was outstanding results-oriented individuals who demonstrated the highest levels of integrity and creativity while always maintaining a remarkably positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

DETERIORATE ALL OVER THE PLACE.ALSO THE METHOD THAT WAS USED TO MAKE THE WATER DRAINAGE LINES WAS AN INEFFECTIVE METHOD.THEY USED A CONCRETE SAW TO CUT THE LINES DEEPER.THE WOBBLING BLADE FRACTURED THE CONCRETE,NOW THE CONCRETE ON BOTH SIDES OF ALL THE LINES HAS CHIPPED AND BROKEN AWAY, IT LOOKS TERRIBLE NOW. IF SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT AND LET ME SHOW THEM THE DAMAGE THAT WE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT INSTEAD OF BEING SARCASTIC,RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE SITUATION,MAYBE THIS MATTER CAN BE RESOLVED.I'M ALMOST CERTAIN THAT THE SIX BAG MIX THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN USED WAS NOT.I DIDN'T USE SALT ON THIS CONCRETE BECAUSE I WANTED TO PRESERVE IT AS BEST AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT IT WILL BE USED AS A PATIO WITH VERY MINIMUM DRIVING ACROSS IT.THAT IS THE REASON FOR
(2)DOORS ON THE GARAGE.I HAVE A NEIGHBOR WHO HAD THEIR CONCRETE POURED AROUND THE SAME TIME WE DID, BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN GEORGES AND THERE IS NOT A SINGLE BLEMISH IN IT.ALSO THE CITY POURED CONCRETE IN THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE SIX YEARS AGO, WHICH I HAVE BEEN SALTING SINCE THAT TIME AND IT IS STILL INTACT.IN SHORT WE WILL NOT BE SATISFIED UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT THIS UNSATISFACTORY CONCRETE WORK.

We have visited the site and there is mimimal pitting due to salt damage. The garage was built 2 years ago and we just got this complaint now. The job is beautiful as you'll see from the pictures and due to last years terrible Winter the roads were covered with salt for 6 months.
