A follow up from my complaint re: George's Powerwashing.  The issue has been resolved and I do not have anything else to provide.

Review: Arranged for George's Powerwashing to power wash two sides of my single family rental property for $195. Service was provided on/around 11 Sep 14. George preferred credit card payment, which I provided to his accountant, Rita B[redacted], on/around 12 Sep 14. Days after, I noted that my credit card was being charged $850.00. Yes, $850.00. The transaction was still in a 'pending' status, so I called my bank and cancelled the card, contacted George's powerwashing, leaving a message that the transaction would not go through and to please call me to discuss. No one called. In good faith, I sent them a check for $195. One day later, on/about 16 Sep, I recognized that the credit charge DID go through, so I called George's Powerwashing and spoke to Rita. I explained the situation, asked her to rip up the check, and to remit be the $655 overcharge. I received nothing for 5 days, so I contacted the company again and spoke to George on 25 Sep. We determined that their check was sent to the address of the rental property and not to my residence. George said he would stop payment on the first check on 26 Sep and have the next check in the mail no later than Saturday, 27 Sep. I live one day mailing away from this business, it is Wednesday Oct 1, and there was no check in the mail today either.Desired Settlement: I wish for a check for $655 to close this transaction.
