After filing the first complaint we checked the attic to make sure the house roof was done correctly...we found that they did not cover the old attic vent holes with wood and the new vents aren't even nailed down in the front because there is nothing but shingles to nail them to..there are large gaps where we can see out into the yard from the attic around the vents I do not want to pay any more on this roofing job I need to have half of it torn off a third time and fixed correctly

frustrated that you felt compelled to file said complaint.
While we are never pleased when a customer is dissatisfied, we always prefer to correct our own mistakes in workmanship or execution. Our record with the Revdex.com will show, we are a professional organization, that takes the details of our craft very seriously. Our simple longevity within the industry should make you feel comfortable that we do our work well, and are a quality conscious organization.
However, we do make mistakes, as everyone does, and would prefer to meet with you to inspect what you perceive as craftsmanship deficiencies. If you would invite us, at your earliestconvenience, to your home to meet with you, we would like to make any corrections we deem necessary as soon as possible.
We have not prepared, or mailed a bill for the balance due on the work, as of yet. So any modifications that are required to that bill, can be made, once you and I inspect the work.
If the modifications in craftsmanship are minor enough, I would be glad to personally make them while on site.
