Review: My complain is in regards to the terrible customer service we received in this restaurant. I was accompanied by my two sisters and their children one is a *yrs old girl and a * yrs old boy. As soon as we walk inside the restaurant, the so manager who turn out to be the owner with one of his exployees looked at us weird. We felt discriminated. It took the server 10 and more minutes to acknowledge we were sitting inside waiting to be serve. When she finally takes our order we find she brought us the wrong food. She didn't even apologized. I spoke with another employee there about the issue we had and she tried to help but the food she brought wasn't tasting good. I took a bite of the chicken in the soup and it tasted spoil. I had to return the plate and asked for another one. Server takes soup back and we hear yelling and arguing in the kitchen and the owner [redacted] comes out to tell us what is our problem and why we keep on changing the order. I proceeded to explain to him that his server took the order wrong and that was the problem. But he didn't do anything to help the situation and made us pay. He told us he doesn't like to be disturbed because he is working the back. He did not offer any apologies nor a solution for the bad service and food.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the food he charged us while he argue with us and offer no solution nor an apology. The service is terrible and the food is bad too!!! Please look into the food preparation and safety. Thank you for your attention in this matter.[redacted]
