In the response to complaints made to George's Upholstery for repair issues on a 2004 Ford F-150 bottom driver seat. It is unfortunate that the customer making this complaint is unsatisfied; however this customer is not the person that was contracted for the work on the F-1S0. We were contracted by...
[redacted] -a used car dealership, to repair the bottom driver seat. [redacted] was informed and agreed upon with a price of $150.00 for vinyl compared to $300-$500 for leather for the repair. We contracted and completed the job with [redacted] and we had no complaints with the dealer. We are a busy shop and try our best with quality and good workmanship. We strive to complete jobs in as timely a manner as possible. Mrs. [redacted], stopped at our shop after we completed the job, and was extremely rude and condescending to the owner of George's Upholstery. It is unfortunate she is unsatisfied. However, if she were to have made contact with us directly, in the beginning, much of this could and would have been avoided.
