Review: On March 8, 2013 I got both of my arm-lower control changed on my Jeep (compass). I was never adviced or mentioned by the dealer to get an alignment and I didnt request it because my knowledge of cars is very limited. I asked around and was told that you are required to offer it and like I said, the dealer didn't suggested. Now my car drives awful, specially when I make turns. And because the alignment is off, my tires are wearing down and could go anytime. I am requesting for an alignment, in which the dealer told me they do not do, or for my money back for the awful customer service and job that was done to my car. Also, this morning I requested for someone to interpret to Spanish because my English is limited. I was treated rudely and felt discriminated against when they spoke to me in both languages. Finally they said "we can't do anything about it, bye bye bye" and felt forced to leave. Thank you and would like to hear from you soon.

Review: I have paid $3,500 in good faith 17days ago for a used car and have not received delivery. I have left 3 vmails, had one returned, had another promise of contact broken on Monday the July 8, 2013. I have been repeatedly told that the dealership does not have title to the car they sold me although this was not made clear prior to test driving. In short, I bought the care 2 1/2 weeks ago, don't have it and it is still on their website for sale. Horrible customer service and my suspicion is that they use this car as a bait and switch as a really good deal and have no plan to deliver it. I think they just want me to get frustrated and go away.
