I paid my bill on Wednesday 6 May 2020 and requested when would I receive my receipt and was told 24 to 48 hours. I realized that I haven't received my receipt by Friday morning 8 May 2020, so I called the number and asked about the issue with my receipt not being received and to make sure my email address was copied correctly. I need my receipt.
