Georgia Anesthesiologists P.C

I had surgery in 2012 and Georgia Anesthesiologists was assigned to my surgery. After my surgery I found out my Dr did not get preapproval from my insurance company so my insurance denied all the bills related to the surgery. The bills totaled over $30,000 so I filed a dispute with my insurance company. I contacted this business and told them what was going on. They did not even give me time to hear back from my insurance before they turned my account over to collections and reported it to the credit bureaus. Out of 5 different facilities (many with much higher balances) this is the only business who did not put my account on hold like they said they would. When I called and offered to pay the $950 in full if it was removed from my credit the office personnel was VERY rude. She refused to help me.
