I was charged for a Doctor visit. 30 minutes after the time that my appointment was scheduled for had passed, I informed the receptionist that I was leaving. The next day, I noticed that the charge remained on my credit card, I contacted billing and requested a refund in full as I was never seen and did not intend to return. I was informed that despite the charge being via credit card, that I would have to wait for a check. A month has passed and I still have recieved no payment.
