We paid an invoice via PayPal for a booth fee with electricity for the Georgia Bridal Show scheduled on March 15, 2020. The show was canceled.
So the promotor moved the show to May 2020 just to have it canceled again.
Then they moved the show to June 2020. But the show was canceled again.
When we asked for the refund as stated in the exhibitor contract, the promotor told us there are no refunds and he moved the show to October 2020.
We told the promotor that this is not acceptable as we can't do a show in October of 2020. We are not in the country during these times. We requested a refund.
Section 13 of the Georgia Bridal Show Exhibitors contract states very clearly: "In the event, the exhibit show is canceled by show management or facility, the exhibitor will be entitled to a full refund."
So far, the company has refused to refund us the money.

Refund We seek a full refund of the money (Transaction amount: $988.80 USD) paid as stated in the contract.
The company did not answer. But after escalating the issue with PayPal, PayPal changed the resolution and refunded us the money.
