Review: I purchased four toilets from the store and two of them were defective. The owner refused to take them back and refund me my money in the amount of $400.00. In addition, he sold me sealed boxes of floor tile that was missing 40 square feet resulting in me having to purchase additional tile from another store.Desired Settlement: Please refund me the $400.00 for the defective toilets.
