First off, I would like to say that the salesman and the sales manager were awesome considering the circumstancesThis place is a joke and should be shut down! All they try to do is get people to buy vehicles they don't want and charge an astronomical price! I wish I would have never bought anything from them EVER!
I went up there to see if I could purchase a minivanI knew exactly what I wanted and I was very specific with everybody I talked toThey still didn't listenI told them I wanted a van with black color interior and a dvd player I wasn't concerned with any other bells and whistlesI was already upside down in the vehicle I was trading because of them and wanted to get something that I felt I was getting "my monies worth!" The van they tried to sell me was completely the opposite of what I asked forReally light color interior with NO DVD playerI walked up to it and told the sales guy not to worry about opening it I didn't want to see itThen I saw two others that I would have gladly bought and told him to let me see themHe went and got the sales manger and I never saw the two I wanted to see! All they could say was hold on hold on we are working on itWell I don't know what they were working on but I do know it was not customer satisfaction! They insisted I test drive the van I didn't want so I did just to see how they rideI guess they thought if I drove it I would buy itNOT! So, after about hours of being there the sales manger pulls a Dodge Journey around and wants me to drive itIt has almost all the bells and whistles but, no DVD player! He pretty much told me that I would not be able to get one because they cost to much money! Well add it to the billI have always made my payments! So I almost fell for the trick and they show me the numbers for the JourneyI couldn't believe it! These people seriously need to get their heads checked! They were charging a little over 18,for the journey and giving me 13,(which is good I have to say) for my carwith that plus my negative equity they wanted me to pay at the lowest for Months! I don't think so! Add that up and I would be paying over 52,for a 18,dollar vehicle!!! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice I don't think so! So I told the sales manager that I think I should think about it because I wasn't sureHe brings over the so-called finance guyYep he is a major JOKEHe definitely doesn't know customer service or satisfaction! He pretty much told me that the deal was only for right now and he only needed Three more sales to reach his monthly quota and if I didn't do it he couldn't guarantee itSo if I decided to get screwed over again I couldn'tThen I asked him what kind of interest rate I was getting and he said 14% I was like WHAT! My husband just bought a brand new GMC truck last year and it wasn't even close to that! oh, and he told me to go out and try to find a better deal somewhere else! Yea I know he is not a smart guy! Needless to say, I am going to go get my better deal because I know it is out there!
I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place! They do not look out for your best interest! Only theirs! And if you go looking to purchase one thing it will not be what they try to sell you!
They screwed me over once! I should have never went back there again but thankfully I left with the same car!

Mr. [redacted] was told repeatedly when he purchased his vehicle that all modifications to vehicles are only done after the lender has completed and funded their loan. His loan was completed about a week after he purchased his vehicle...

and within 24 hours after completion, his Bluetooth was installed on his vehicle. Mr. [redacted]s work was done as promised, when promised.
