Wade *** from Ga Custom Enclosures had his crew install my fence 2/16/19. Wade came out on 2/14/19 @ dusk to dig post for fence. He hit a gas line.My husband came in the house the house stating he smelled gas.He then went outside & asked Wade about.He told him yes he had hit a gas line. He hadn't informed me of this and I was cooking with on a gas stove. He apologized. He then promised to come back in 2-3 months to paint fence after wood dried some. We were to supply paint. By April 12th fence noted with nails popping out on several planks,exposed nails in post & even some planks missing nails at bottom all together. After several calls/voicemails, text messages Wade called back after about 3wks. Told him of issues. Stated he's been really busy since weather was warming & that he would come out to fix issues & paint.(by the time he called back it was time for fence to be painted)Stated he would be in touch soon to set appt time. I never heard anything back from him. I called throughout the summer leaving voicemails & text. I even contacted Thumbtack who had recommended Ga Enclosures to us. They too received no responses from the company. On February 5,2020 Wade *** invited me to like his business via Facebook. I did not recommend it & I wrote a review explaining the problems with my fence & multiple unanswered correspondence to Wade. On February 6,2020 I received this message "You're the only bad customer or review I've ever had. After it was all said & done I lost money on your job.I can't lose anymore for a one star review customer." My rebuttal was that I paid full price charged and his work was subpar!After my rebuttal both our post magically disappeared from Facebook. A new response to my non recommendation for company was to private address my info to him & to give him a while because he wrecked his work truck. I replied on Fb & via text message my info unchanged & to contact me via phone. I still haven't received a phone call or anything.
