We dropped off a coat with belt worth $at the *** branch of Spotless CleanersIt was sent to their cleaning facility in DunmoreWhen we went to pick up our order only the belt was thereWe have called numerous times and gotten nowhereEvidently the business is under new management and undergoing labor problemsWe either want our coat or $in restitution
I took my daughter‘s christening dress there to be cleaned prior to her wearing itWhen my fiancé went to pick it up they said they could not locate it so if they can have his receipt and they will call him when they find itThey never called so we called back when they said to call back there still waiting for deliveriesThen after numerous calls they said they sent it back out to make sure the spot was offIt was never worn it was brand new we were cleaning it because it’s going on an infantThen through numerous numerous more calls She kept giving me the runaround and saying she was waiting to talk to her regional managerI eventually couldn’t wait any And got sick of the run around and said I need to be refunded for my dress her christening is days away and I need to get something else or I’m taking legal actionIt is now days later and I still have no dress and still getting the runaround
I brought my deceased Mom's Fur coat in for cleaning on 6/5/It is now August 1st and no one knows where my coat isThey have my $and also no one answers the phone at any of there other locationsPlease help I want my Mom's fur coat returned
I dropped off my husbands suit for a cleaning on 8/16/ Ticket aid the item will be ready in one week When I went back to pick it up, the said they could not find the suit They said that they send the suits out to cleaned at another place I continued to call and check on the whereabouts of the suit No one could find it Finally a month later, the suit turned up When I picked up the suit they charged me $for it I had to buy a another sui in the meantime so my husband could attend my granddaughter wedding They told me they gave me and $discount for my troubles I had my granddaughter post a review on *** about their servicesThey replied back and told her nothing is done for free and I shouldn't have waited last minute for a cleaning They said the cleanings are always complete within a week They lied again
I Dropped off expensive men's dress shirts at this dry cleaning business to be cleaned and pressed on 7/24/Was guaranteed the shirts would be done by Friday 7/27/I expressed my need for the shirts to be ready by 7/28/I Went to pick up the shirts on Sat 7/28/and shirts were not readyI was told to check on Monday 7/30/18.that was not acceptable because my son needed the shirts for graduation pictures which were scheduled for Monday morning (which I had to cancel his appointment) I got the managers number and attempted to contact him numerous timesWhen he finally did return my call, he was absolutely no help at all, and extremely unprofessionalHe promised to find my shirts himself and then never called me backI've tried to contact him again, to no availToday is Tuesday 7/31/and I still have no shirts (and no return phone call from the manager) I've been given the run around since Friday 7/27/I want to be reimbursed for all shirts so that I can purch
Poor Service- If I could give stars I would! Takes forever to get anything back, nobody will answer their phones and they will still charge you even though it will take times the estimated time to complete Even after this the item will STILL be dirty Do not go here
