We agree there were communication issues on our part for this project. Prior to the start of this project our customer sent an e-mail with color selections for her house that we somehow overlooked. Because of this, one of the colors on the house was incorrect and created the delay in completion....

Once notified of the color issue, we immediately (same day) started repainting with the correct color. Unfortunately this correction took a day and a half to complete which made us exceed our original scheduled completion date.The comment, "I don't blame you" made by our superintendent was because he felt embarrassed by the miscommunication and understood that she may not want to use us on her future project.This is not typical as we strive to provide excellent customer service on each and every project.  We apologized to this customer for our poor communication and has since corrected the color issues and have satisfied this customer.
