*** *** of Friends and Tiaras, hired one of my employees as a princess for her client. I sent *** *** pictures of what the dress would look like a week before the event. Close up, detailed picturesShe lives in San Jose, and we are based out of Sacramento, I gave her a
discount because it was a hour drive each way and we charge for mileage. My performer got there, was completely embarrassed, and was sent out of the party a half hour later, after she already did her reading and story timeShe is years old, and left all of her belongings thereI told *** that no refund would be issued, so then she decided to call, text message, email, and pursue other avenues of getting myself on the phone, to which she would then curse me out about her money, I would have no other choice but to disconnect the line. So much so, that I had to block her number because it was starting to become harassment, as she would call every minute, and text message me every hourShe also breached her contract, I let her do payments before the event, and when a payment was due, she paid it lateI will not issue a refund, my employee drove hours in time that day, and she was well aware of what the dress would look likeI will refuse to do business with this company in the futureI will discourage other people from also using Friends and Tiaras

Review: I had hired a Character Princess Sleeping Beauty and she was the most ugly princess I have seen. Her wig had hardly and hair her hair was messed up the dress was horribly tailored she had no crown an no necklace which sleeping beauty is known for. I had told the company that I send the princess home because I was not about to pay $160 for horrible presence the business said it was to refund my money 5-7 business day and I still have not received it. I called her and Text her and she ignores both. I emailed her and nothing I filed a claim against them on Paypal and nothing yet. I called her from a blocked number ans once I told her who she was she hung up on me. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back $160

I will not issue a refund, my employee drove 6 hours in time that day, and she was well aware of what the dress would look like. I will refuse to do business with this company in the future. I will discourage other people from also using Friends and Tiaras.
