Mover failed to reimburse homeowner for glass table top broken during move
Move date: 3/13/19, Bill of Lading no. 722.
Owner wanted to move mirrored glass table top himself, but mover moved it instead.
Glass table top was shattered during move.
Owner waited for mover to replace table top.
When mover failed to act, owner had AnyGlass replace the table top at a cost of $209.92.
Receipt for glass repair submitted to mover via email 4/30/19.
Refund $209.92, cost of repair.
I am fully aware of this customer. we have had turnover in the claims department and this claim must have slipped under the cracks. we will send a reimbursement check to the customer asap
