Georgia Roof Advisors completed a roof installation for our home recently A number of homes in our neighborhood sustained hail damage from a storm this past Summer and I contacted Georgia Roof Advisors to inspect my roof after noting several other neighbors who contracted with them to replace their roofs
John W*** came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof, confirmed our roof also had hail damage, and provided me with a portfolio of photos pointing out the damaged areas John also assisted me in a filing a claim with my insurance company After our insurance adjustor inspected the roof and recommended a full roof replacement, John submitted a proposal to replace our roof, then met with me to go over the proposal, providing me with a list of references and verification of liability and workmen's compensation insurance John also suggested a shingle shade we might want to consider, pointing out another home using the same shingle, and provided shingle samples That was very helpful in our selection (my wife loved the shingle John suggested)
The entire process went very smoothly The crew showed up on time, were friendly, worked hard, completed the installation in one day, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards John was onsite to coordinate with the crew foreman at start of the job, and both John and owner (James G) were onsite several times through the day to oversee the work and make sure all was going well
