My husband (*** ***) and I paid for and had a transmission delivered to our mechanic (*** ***) in *** on 4/15/ When we made the purchase we were told that there was a day warranty on the purchase of this used transmission We requested that the Mechanic put new seals & filter in the transmission while he had it so that we could cut down any issues that we might have on this transmission On 4/25/after the truck was put back together and test drive was completed we received a call from our Mechanic that the transmission did not have 4th gear *** called Lamar County Salvage 4/26/and was told they have another transmission and would have it delivered to our Mechanic the same day but when he asked who was going to cover the expense for the old transmission to be removed and replaced with this new one, and the cost for the seal and filter they said that the warranty does not cover any of that On their website it states "Quality Used Parts" and a day wa
I was hit at the rear of my truckWhere the truck was hit it bent the wheelEveryone at Lamar Auto Salvage was extremely helpful finding me a wheel at a great priceThey even helped me find a company to put the tire I had just bought before the wreck on the new wheel and on my truck at a decent priceVery thankful for the staff! Great experience! Considering I am also a female at no point to was I ripped off or did someone attempt to rip me offDefinitely recommend! Thanks Jay and guys!
