Good Morning, We are disappointed to hear we have received a complaint from a guest regarding the additional resort feeWe try our hardest to have all fees clearly stated for each reservationIt looks like Mr*** booked his reservation through Expedia.com or one of their affiliatesAs
you can see from the screen shot below,the amount of the resort fee is clearly visible prior to booking the reservationIt should also be stated on the confirmation letter. We understand Mr*** frustration regarding the additional fees and will refund him for the $ Please let me know if you need any further information. Sincerely, *** ***

Dear *** ***I am so sorry to hear you experienced any difficulties during your stay at The DanaI know we have spoken several times regarding the amounts you are claiming we chargedAs per our email correspondence the only charge to your credit card was for a total for $for our resort fee
which was refunded to you before you checked outThere was an authorization for $that was released from our system as soon as your reservation was checked outWe have no record of any other charges to your credit cardAs I mentioned before it can take several business days for any authorizations to clear from your accountIf you are still showing any pending charges, which I believe you said you are not, please contact me directly and I would be more than happy to speak with your bankI apologize again for the wrong authorization amount of $
