I did not take a picture before I sent the jacket to dry cleaningThis was the first time I ever dry cleaned anythingI've only ever worn the jacket maybe times before the week of June 6th-10th when I started an internship and had to wear a suit jacket everyday and hadn't gotten any other jackets yetI believe that it is an unreasonable burden to place on consumers to only take their complaints seriously when they have a before picture of every inch of their clothesBefore I did not think that I had a picture with the jacket buttons in it from wearing itI only had pictures of the top of the jacketI was speaking to my friend today and remembered that I sent my mom two photos of an outfit with and without this jacket before an interview to decide whether to wear it almost a year and a half agoI found the picture, but it is really poor qualityI took it with a different phone than I have now, which the current phone has a way better cameraAlso, it is really hard to see the buttons when I am wearing the jacket because it is a black jacket with black buttons.I am including the original before photo cropped to include only the front buttons and the side buttons where I raised by hand to take the pic in front of a minorI am also including the photoshopped brightened versionI am including a pic of me wearing the jacket afterwords that I took todayI would appreciate it if you could look at the pics I sent with the original complaint and the first response to the business rejectionI have more pictures that I took after this incident, but I can only upload the If you have any questions or require anything else please let me knowThank you!

To: Revdex.comOn June 10, the customer dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned, for the following dayI personally cleaned the jacket Satmorning and personally gave it to *** *** in the early afternoonDue to the fact we close at 3:on Saturday and informed her of our business hours on
SaturdayOn Monday, she claimed that I changed her front buttonsI told her that never touched her buttons in anywayThen later that day, she comes back again, I even showed her the sleeve buttons and all of them where the same design as the front buttonsTo her surprise and evidence of all the buttons looking the same way she then blamed me for that as wellThe buttons were never touch or part of the service provided and politely told her that all I did was dry clean the jacket as requestedA customer behind her was even upset with her giving her a choice few words and *** *** yelled out profanity as she left the premises.Thank you for hearing the other side of this dispute, please contact me if you have any questions regarding this dispute.Thanks,Steve C**

To: Revdex.comI am rejecting this response due to the fact that I can't responsibility for something that I never didI would not waste my time and energy on any buttons and again it was never part of the serviceWhen *** *** came in to complain about the front buttons, the front two buttons were loose when I examined themIf they were “flipped” and put back on then the threading would have been not only very tight but also done in a certain way by a professional and that was never present when I looked at the front buttonsThere would have been an “X” pattern the on the top of the button with a swirl of to times of threading between the button and the fabric to give it extra support*** *** front buttons were not done in that way when I examined itTherefore this would not have been loose as she admitted from wearing and examining it for one dayUsually when there is a design on the button not some residue as *** *** stated before this would be the side that would be seen, not hiddenThis is called common sense, if *** *** likes the other side then she's in titled to her own opinionSo I can't admit that the buttons are on the wrong way because there on correctly along with the sleeves when looked at*** *** also stated that the sleeve buttons were sewn into the silk lining, but the lining is not silk its polyesterIn my opinion, she either had the buttons done somewhere else or done by herself because it did not professionally donePlease contact me if you have any questions.Thanks,Steve C**
