The granite counter top was defective in appearance and quality. It did not appear to be the granite slab I had selected.The granite top delivered and installed on May 1, 2014 was full of outstanding lines in the stone which are ugly and unattractive. I selected the slab at the workshop but did not notice those lines as they appeared on the finished product. I think the slab may have been substituted for what I originally saw. I paid $2547.00 for this job and I really hate the appearane. The client was happy with the color/slab selection."I think the slab may have been substituted for what I originally saw.Response: "The slab was put on hold immediately under the name of the client and the same one was cut for the client; we don't have 2 kinds of granite that are the same color; therefore we did not substituted with another slab."I paid $2547.00 for this job and I really hate the appearance. I feel very taken advantage of. Response: "We are willing to work with the client and do what we can to satisfy her at her own expense since the color selection was 100% based on her decision"
