Review: The company I work for purchased a list of emails from Geospace after being assured it would work with our Email Marketing Service. After uploading the list to our service our account was put on hold until certain information was supplied regarding the email list. Before my purchase I asked if Geospace would be able to provide such information and they said they would be able to provide this information. I contacted Geospace about the problem and they said they would work with our Email Marketing service to come to a resolution. I have been trying to contact them for over a week by phone and email and they do not respond. In fact they will not even answer the phone when I call and do not open my emails. I would not recommend anyone works with or purchases email lists from this company because of the severe lack of after sale customer service support.Desired Settlement: All I have asked for is a refund of the money I paid for the list because this list is now useless to me because in order to continue using our email marketing service we will have to make all the contacts on this list unusable.
