We have been in touch with *** *** and he has recently executed our Release Agreement required by our lawyers when we are letting a customer out of their contract with us after their contractual rescission period has expired.*** *** signed the Release Agreement and return it to us on 10/24/
We countersigned and returned a fully executed version to him today on 11/1/17.His refund is now in process and should take - weeks to be handled by our system. We contacted *** *** today about the form of payment for his refund, and he responded that check or wire was acceptable to him.We believe that this complaint has been handled and will be completed as soon as his refund is issued.Mike R***, CFO

I am rejecting this response because:For the umpteenth time: no refund, no response, no resolutionAgain, I have waited beyond a promised deadline that has now passedThis goes far beyond the money that’s been stolen from me and held hostage for no understandable reasonGeostellar needs to be de-rated at a minimum and I strongly recommend they be removed from Revdex.com
