I had a free consult with [redacted] about filing bankruptcy, during that meeting I decided to retain him and file, he then asked [redacted] to run a credit report, when I left I put 140 dollars down, ( which was much more than required ) 8 months with no other contact I changed my mind in filing. when I called about getting a refund I was told I had to speak to [redacted], he called me the next day, when I explained my situation he said NO, began screaming at me, then screamed at [redacted] I WANT THAT MONEY BACK I PAID YOU AND I WANT IT NOW !! IS THAK OK??!!!" she replied NO!! what a joke this phone call became. He then told me I had to call his wife to get the money back, I told him I was refered by a friend and I would be sure to let them know how he was treating me, he then became more inraged. threating to sue me for more money. what????? so he then threated to charge me for the phone call. So after listening to him scream and yell at me and make me fell belittled , I asked him to send me a bill outling what my 140 actually paid for, he declined said he would charge me for that too, I have never been spoken to the why[redacted] did on May 14th 2013. I feel as if my money has been stolen, and Im a bad guy for changeing my mind about bankruptcy. my freinds at work heard the whole conversation. I want my money back and to never be belittled like this ever again
