Review: I paid for dental work upfront as they required. When I needed the work done, a dentist was not available so I had to see another dentis** As a result, I have an outstanding balance and want my money back. I've been attempting to get my money back for over 2 months. Currently they owe me $1,301.50 and the office [redacted] has been telling me she would take care of i** I've spoke to her many times and visited the office many times. [redacted] continues to tell me one thing or another but will not give me a check. She even makes up things that I later discover are not true. She keeps lying to me. Staten Island Smiles has turned out to be a shady business. I've also left messages for the owner of the business [redacted] but he has not returned my call.Desired Settlement: I want a check made payable to me for $1.301.50 mailed to my address.
