Review: Mr. Gerald Evans is refusing to return a $100 deposit given to him on June 8, 2014 for services he has not rendered. My event is on November 8 and there is no signed contract for the services Mr. Evans was supposed to render.After advising Mr. Evans that I have found another photographer, Mr. Evans became belligerent and insulted me several times via e-mail. He refuses to refund my money. Please advise.Desired Settlement: $100 refund.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Gerald Evans Photography regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Kindly change is Revdex.com rating as he has taken my deposit of $100.00, despite my numerous request to refund the money. He has rendered no services. My event is next month.
