he paid and the savings offered through ***I took full responsibility for the miscommunication and agreed to send him a check for the $which accounts for the $discrepancy and $for the door edge guards that were installed on the car, in order to resolve the matter

I contacted the customer and apologized for the situationI let her know that although I would be unable to unwind the deal, as the contract has already been funded and the vehicle already titled, I would be happy to try to trade her out of the vehicle in exchange for a vehicle that better
fit her needsShe thanked me for the call and told me that would be a satisfactory resultI have invited her back into the store to go over her options and will attempt to trade her out of the vehicle when she has time to come inI also informed her that if she decides to keep the car I will take care of the rust marks on the paint at no charge

I contacted the customer immediately, apparently there was a misunderstanding as to what we discussed on the phone. He said he would consider the matter resolved if I send him an additional $200. I agreed to do so.
