Called these guys in on a job that others glass suppliers hesitated to do. Chad assured me that he had the experience and expertise to do the job. After we discussed exactly what me and my customer wanted I was assured once again that he was the guy for the job. After multiple trips and each time me and the customer telling Chad that this is a steam shower and needs to be fully sealed and closed off with no gaps. Chad still continued to let us both know that he would make it right. Still after 6 trips and multiple delays and very upset customers. Also at this point me and my customer had no faith that Chad or his Crew could do as they assured us from the beginning so we had to go and find another supplier and installer to remedy this issue. In the end they were very unprofessional, not understanding at all, and unwilling to satisfy me and my customer. This caused me to purchase another door and now have to incur the cost of 2 doors.
I would never recommend Chad or Glass Doctor to anyone.
